Olsen Concrete cleans, restores and regrouts tile: floors, showers, entries and commercial kitchens and restrooms, so you don’t have to tear out and replace tile that still has years left in it. We serve homes, restaurants, offices, medical and retail spaces, schools and churches across King, Snohomish, Skagit and Pierce County.
Tile and grout services
- Deep tile and grout cleaning: hot-water extraction and scrubbing to pull out the dirt, grease and soap scum that mopping leaves in the grout lines.
- Regrouting: removing cracked, crumbling or permanently stained grout and replacing it with new grout.
- Grout color sealing: evens out blotchy grout to one uniform color and seals it against new stains.
- Grout and tile sealing: penetrating sealer for grout, natural stone and unglazed tile.
- Cracked and loose tile repair: we replace individual broken tiles when matching tile is available.
- Shower and wet-area restoration: regrouting and re-caulking the corners and change-of-plane joints where water gets in.
- Commercial kitchen and restroom tile: quarry tile degreasing and regrouting, scheduled around business hours.
Restore before you replace
Most tile floors that look ruined have a grout problem, not a tile problem. Cleaning, regrouting and sealing costs a fraction of new tile, and you do not lose your kitchen or bathroom for weeks. If the tile itself is failing (hollow, lifting, or cracked across large areas), we will tell you straight.
Questions we get asked
Can you get my grout looking new again?
Often, yes. Deep cleaning brings back a lot of grout. When stains have soaked all the way in, grout color sealing or regrouting gives a uniform, like-new look.
How long does regrouting take?
Most bathrooms and small floors take one to two days depending on size and grout type. We give you the timeline and cure time before we start.
Do you do commercial kitchens and restrooms?
Yes, including quarry tile degreasing and regrouting, scheduled after hours so the kitchen or restroom stays usable during business hours.
