The following terms apply to all estimates, contracts and concrete work performed by Olsen Restoration Services & Concrete LLC. By scheduling a service you agree to these terms.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for materials and scheduling.
Customer agrees to a $150 estimate/site visit fee for our time, travel, and fuel.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Concrete is a natural product; color, shade, texture, and finish variations are normal and not grounds for rejection.
Contractor is not responsible for normal concrete cracking, shrinkage, or movement except as expressly covered by any purchased written extended warranty.
Concrete will not be placed during unsafe weather, including rain, and the Contractor may postpone or decline work if conditions or pricing are unsuitable.
If the project is canceled, Customer is responsible for all materials purchased plus a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the contract price.
Purchased materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
